One plump tuber, to be planted once the ground warms, or started indoors.  This workhorse is a wonderful brick red ball dahlia, which is our biggest producer of both blooms and tubers (if you're inclined to divide them).  It is very important not to plant dahlias before the last frost, they are native to Mexico and will rot if the soil is too cool and/or wet. Must be lifted in the fall and overwintered indoors. These tubers will have at least one visible eye and will be ready for pick up at the Newfields Country Store when you receive email notification of your order being fulfilled. If you find any flaws with your tubers, please notify us for replacement or refund. We pride ourselves on perfect tubers.
